moodyfodder.com is operated by moodyfodder®, a California-registered business and USPTO-registered trademark (Serial #98476308) based in San Diego, CA. We operate two brands: moodyfodder Education (coloring books, ELD/ESL curriculum) and More Than Pretty (graphic design and lifestyle). Products are sold through moodyfodder.com (WooCommerce), Etsy, and Teachers Pay Teachers.
What Data We Collect
When you purchase from or interact with moodyfodder.com, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, billing/shipping address, phone number
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card numbers
- Order information: what you purchased, when, and order status
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address (via Google Analytics and Site Kit by Google)
- Email/marketing data: if you opt in, via Mailchimp for WooCommerce
- Cart data: we may store your cart contents for up to 30 days to enable cart recovery

- Printify — shipping method calculations (legacy; no order data transmitted for digital products)
Etsy and TPT Purchases
Purchases made through Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers are governed by those platforms’ privacy policies. We receive limited order data (name, email, product purchased) necessary to fulfill the order. We do not sell or share that data.
Cookies
We use cookies for shopping cart functionality, login sessions, and analytics. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings. Functional cookies are required for the store to operate.
Data Retention
Order records are retained for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are kept for 6 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google’s default settings. You may request deletion of your personal data (excluding legally required records) by emailing contact@moodyfodder.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email contact@moodyfodder.com. California residents may also have additional rights under the CCPA.
Security
This site is secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Payment data is never stored on our servers — it is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal using their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
