- Reviews: your name, rating and comments, if you choose to leave a review.
- Site usage: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location and IP address, collected through cookies.
How we use it
To deliver downloads, print and ship physical orders, send order and review emails, answer your questions, send marketing emails you opted into, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe: card payments and fraud screening. Link and Affirm checkout are provided through Stripe.
- Lulu: prints and ships paperback books (your name, shipping address, phone and email).
- Printify: prints and ships posters and apparel (your name, shipping address, phone and email).
- Mailchimp: our email list and welcome emails. Mailchimp for WooCommerce also shares cart and order activity so we can send related emails.
- WP Mail SMTP with Namecheap Private Email: sends order confirmations, download links, review invitations and other store emails from info@moodyfodder.com.
- Customer Reviews for WooCommerce: sends one review invitation after your order if you tick the box at checkout. Reviews are stored on our own site.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, AdSense and Sign in with Google): site statistics, advertising and optional sign-in.
- Akismet: spam filtering for reviews and comments.
- Namecheap EasyWP: hosts this website and its data.
Purchases on Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers follow those platforms’ privacy policies.
Cookies
Required cookies run the cart, checkout and account login. Analytics and advertising cookies come from Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How long we keep it
Order records: 10 years, for tax and accounting. Analytics data: 14 months. Email list: until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Email info@moodyfodder.com to see, correct or delete your information, except records the law requires us to keep. California residents may make these requests under California law, and we will never treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for adults: teachers, parents and other buyers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security and changes
The site uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled on Stripe’s secure systems. If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
