Return Policy
moodyfodder® sells two types of products: digital downloads (PDF coloring books, ELD/ESL worksheets, and activity packets) and print-on-demand paperbacks (physical books printed through Lulu). Our return policy differs by product type and is outlined below.
Digital Downloads — All Sales Final
All digital products sold through moodyfodder.com, Etsy, and Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files are downloaded immediately upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital products.
Please review all product previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, email us at contact@moodyfodder.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Print-on-Demand Paperbacks — No Returns
Paperback books purchased through moodyfodder.com are printed on demand by Lulu specifically for your order. Because each book is custom-printed at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on physical books.
This is standard policy for print-on-demand publishing and applies to all paperback orders placed through this site.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your physical book arrives damaged, defective, or with a fulfillment error (wrong item, missing pages, poor print quality), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@moodyfodder.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- One or more photos showing the defect
We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue — replacement or refund — at no cost to you.
Etsy and TPT Orders
For purchases made through Etsy or TPT, please refer to those platforms’ refund and dispute policies. You are also welcome to contact us directly at contact@moodyfodder.com.
