This website is operated by moodyfodder®, a registered trademark of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Serial #98476308) and a registered business in San Diego, California. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to moodyfodder®.
moodyfodder® operates two brands: moodyfodder Education (educational coloring books and ELD/ESL curriculum) and More Than Pretty (graphic design and lifestyle). Products are sold through this website (WooCommerce), Etsy, and Teachers Pay Teachers. Print-on-demand paperback books are fulfilled through Lulu.
By visiting or purchasing from moodyfodder.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, and you may not transmit harmful or malicious code. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.
Section 2 — Products and Digital Downloads
Our primary products are digital downloads (PDF coloring books, ELD/ESL packets, and activity resources) and print-on-demand paperback books. Digital products are delivered instantly and are licensed for personal, classroom, or individual educational use. They may not be redistributed, resold, shared publicly, or uploaded to other platforms without written permission.
Print-on-demand books are printed individually at the time of purchase through Lulu and shipped directly to you. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Section 3 — Intellectual Property
All content, designs, illustrations, and educational materials on this site are the intellectual property of moodyfodder®. Some assets (fonts, graphic elements) are used under commercial licenses from providers including Creative Fabrica. These elements are incorporated only within original moodyfodder® product designs and are not available for separate resale or redistribution.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or site content without explicit written permission.
Section 4 — Returns and Refunds
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Print-on-demand books are non-returnable except in cases of defect or fulfillment error. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Section 5 — Accuracy and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, previews, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing without notice. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited by law.
Section 6 — Billing and Account Information

We continuously refine and update our designs. Existing orders are always fulfilled as displayed at the time of purchase. Future listings may reflect updated artwork or design enhancements.
